WHERE DO OUR JEWELRY COME FROM?
We import all jewelry from Turkey. Our suppliers locate in Istanbul and Izmir.
HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR DELIVERY?
It takes 10-15 days for shipping from Turkey to Hong Kong after the deadline of pre-ordering. After the jewelry arrived, we will text our customers, pack and send their order within 2-3 days.
IS SENSITIVE USE RECOMMEND?
As our accessories are made by different types of material, sensitive use recommendation is mentioned if it is applicable.
HOW TO PROTECT MY LOUKISH JEWELRY?
You can use it for a long time by protecting it from chemicals (cream, perfume, shampoo, etc.).
In order to use your jewelry with the shine of the first day, you should keep it away from chemical products such as disinfectants, wet wipes and deodorants.
